Anyways, I’m Franz, from Le Buque reporting here as… a member of the Harmonian Southern Frontier Defense Force as extra security for his Grace, the Bishop Sasarai.

This is Ruby, he’s my mantor. Don’t be afraid of him, he’s harmless so long as you’re not baiting him.

LeBuque is... much the same. The Bishop is doing what he can, and our quality of life has improved greatly and the Mantor units have been dissolved. But many of my people are disgruntled with the fact Bishop Sasarai can't grant us freedom from Harmonia faster.

I can imagine. Life is short, and something like that can chafe the patience. They may even fear that he would go back on his word if it takes him too long.

But he won't. Of that you can all be sure.

I know that he won't, but my support isn't exactly a ringing endorsement. I've never been well liked in the village.
