It appears that we have a few new arrivals. Welcome to those who I have not had the pleasure to meet with yet, and I look forward to becoming acquainted with you in the near future. My apologies to get straight to business, but I have yet another survey to conduct. As most of you are probably aware, the ball that Sir Caesar mentioned will be upon us soon, and Sir Caesar has been very generous in allocating funds to providing everybody with appropriate clothing.

If you could please give me the details of your desired outfit, I will pass them onto the tailor so that they will be ready for you by the day. It would be best if you were not too extravagant, but also specific lest you be disappointed when your vague descriptions turn out to be wildly different than what you had imagined.

If you are lacking ideas, the tailor has given me a few sketches of choice items of clothing that you may look at to help decide on an outfit. If you have any further questions, I would be happy to address them.

[ She looks hesitant to show him the designs of her choosing and glances at it, clamped in a book she is holding, briefly. ]

It is just a dress. The tailor that you have found has quite extravagant creations, and so I suspect it will look very... silly upon me.

[ Reluctantly, she opens up her book to show him the piece of paper. ]

[ He glances curiously at the piece of paper, silent for a brief moment. He then turns his gaze to Agnes, then back at the paper, comparing the image with the real thing. ]

Well... [ He smiles. ] Maybe you should add a top hat.

[ She snaps the book shut pointedly, embarrassed, as she gives him a look. ]

But then I would be taller than you.

That is quite the sweeping restriction to impose to protect your stature, Sir Caesar.

Heh, you know I kid. Truthfully, I would pay good money to see a guy like Hervey or Shigure in a top hat. If they didn't already hate the idea of wearing a simple tie, I would have made top hats mandatory.

Please! They would look incredibly undignified and nobody would hire their services!

[ She's smiling, but then is suddenly reminded of something. ]
