EVENT: Iksay Harvest Festival

The day of the Harvest Festival has fallen upon Iksay, and the atmosphere has never felt more cheery for such an early noon. As one would expect of the traditional festival, extensive preparations have been made, and it's the first time in a long while that anyone has seen Iksay brimming with such energy ever since it got raided in that fateful surprise attack.

Upon entering the small village, one would immediately notice the colourful decorations, as well as the banquet in the town center. The sound of upbeat music can be heard louder with each step taken towards the festivities. The townspeople are friendly to outsiders, but watch out, you might get whisked away in an impromptu dance -- traditional Iksay folk dancers are known to swap partners on several occasions mid-song!

*Erin is standing away from the dancing crowd, listening to some gleeful farmers boasting their crops to each other. It doesn't take long before they drag the outsiders to their conversation, including Erin*

Well, I can't judge the quality of vegetables as well as farmers do.

Err... I came with Agnes, but we seem to have got separated. [ Nervous laugh. ] The townsfolk are friendly, so she's not in any danger... but then again, she did get in a fight with one of our own at the last party.

Shouldn't you go look for her? The townsman could be a little too friendly and snatch her away from you.

So how friendly do you think the villagers are? Anyone tried to put moves on you..?

Friendly enough that they keep offering me wine. I doubt the offer has hidden meaning though.

No, last time I was in the country, but nowhere near the village. Thankfully so, because it ended in disaster.

Yes... It feels good to take a vacation once in awhile.

Ah, do not worry, I doubt it will repeat itself this time.

Agnes hasn't been much outside of the castle either. Perhaps you two should take a small vacation together, you know, see Zexen and Grassland culture a little.
