EVENT: Current State of Affairs

[ Thankfully, both the doors leading into the war room managed to get through the earthquake undamaged and are now shut tight. Behind the doors is a room that's mostly still in shambles, but it's now occupied by a big table borrowed from the tavern next door, as well as enough chairs for everyone in the room to be seated on, if they wish. ]

Hugo's only held the Rune for a short time. They do tend to be troublesome at first.

so I've seen. The Sun rune was notoriously fickle when it came to choosing a bearer. It mostly just sits hidden away now. But them being troublesome doesn't explain why it's happening to more than just the new bearers. I mean if it were just Hugo it would be one thing but then how would you explain the earthquake?

Sierra, the oldest rune bearer anyone heard of... she more or less warned me about her rune, too. It would be wise to have eyes on her.

Does anyone know her very well that could keep an eye on her? I didn't really get to know her as well as I could have in Dunan.
