[A small boat flying Falenan colors sails into the Budehuc port. Stepping off onto the dock are Lorelai and Shoon with a giant gaudy golden belt over his shoulder and a small amount of his gladiators who hadn't stayed behind to help with the cleanup behind them]

Well it's good to be back on land again. [she gives Shoon wave and makes her way towards the mansion]

[Clothes still torn and a bit bloody from the fight in the ruins Lorelai rides through the gates of town slumped over her horse. A small box sealed with a blue gem clutched tightly to her chest. She slowly let's herself fall to the ground and stumbles a bit on her feet as she makes her way into the mansion to take the sealed True Wind to the war room hoping any of the others had succeeded with what they needed to get done.]

[ Thankfully, both the doors leading into the war room managed to get through the earthquake undamaged and are now shut tight. Behind the doors is a room that's mostly still in shambles, but it's now occupied by a big table borrowed from the tavern next door, as well as enough chairs for everyone in the room to be seated on, if they wish. ]

A little before noon, there's a sudden, violent shaking of the earth, soon resonating with a series of loud cracks as the ground opens up in front of the manor, down the center of the courtyard, and elsewhere on the castle grounds. Although the tremors shake the builds, loosening roof tiles and disturbing the areas of new construction, nothing managed to completely fall.

And just like that, after only a few minutes, the worst of the quake ends and soon subsides to weaker tremors until, finally, it simply stops altogether.

((OOC: Thank you Lila for writing this up! Feel free to RP either during the big quake or the small tremors. If you want to RP your characters reaction after the quakes, it might be better to write up a new post so the order of events don't get mangled up in this post. ))

It has been a hot summer for Budehuc this year, and yet there is little to no signs about it coming to an end, even if the next season is expected to show around sometime in the near future.

The warmth of the sun seems to be inviting just about anyone to the lakeside, including the builders and locals from the neighbouring towns of Iksay and Nor. Some have come for the serenity and beautiful scenery, while others just want to have a swim or enjoy some water games. Keep your eyes out for flying beach balls and frisbees!

[A tall older woman stands at the bow of a small ship as it pulls into the docks of Budehuc. She picks up her weapons and bag and unsteadily steps off the ship bearing the Queendom's flag before looking around to get her bearings.]

Gods I hate being on a ship that long.

[She Sighs in annoyance knowing she'd have to do it again when this is all said and done with. After getting off the dock she drops her stuff and starts stretching for a short time savoring the feeling of solid ground under her feet before picking it all back up and heading into town...]
