[ Hervey is sitting on the side of the fountain, looking mighty exhausted. His right hand is covered in what appears to be ink, but you can just make out some purple-green bruising under the black smears. The pirate's cheeks also appear to have been smudged with the ink, although those marks are a little lighter. ]

How do they keep putting up all these damn signs?!

[ Next to him is a pile of wood with words painted haphazardly onto them, but it's hard to make out what they say considering most of the wood is broken into a variety of splintery, small pieces. ]

Geez, we should've just killed them or thrown them into jail or something! Next time I see them, I'm definitely taking them in...

Stupid Jeremy, could've easily happened to him but I just had to go and be the man...

Mermaids? To be honest, I thought those were an old wive's tale.

Nah, they're 100% real! Who knows where they are in this day 'n age, but back then they were a pretty rare sight, too. They pretty much look like what the tales would tell you, though.

People used t'hunt them for their skins, sadly.
