Greetings! I'm a weary traveler with the strangest story. I was out running one of my usual errands, visiting old friends and the like when I ran into a peculiar dog. You know how you could swear that sometimes a dog is smiling at you? As if the dog is in on some cosmic joke? And have you noticed that some dogs look like their owners? ... Well, I'm sure you've heard this all before.

In any case, I'd hate to impose but I've been displaced by about a quarter of a century ago.
What a monotonous conundrum I must be around here.

I heard the Oboro Detective Agency is located here. How exciting! I wonder if we sold out and started a chain. Have I aged gracefully? Will I combust if I make contact with my future self? I can think of only one way to find out!
