EVENT: Land of Eternity

A little before noon, there's a sudden, violent shaking of the earth, soon resonating with a series of loud cracks as the ground opens up in front of the manor, down the center of the courtyard, and elsewhere on the castle grounds. Although the tremors shake the builds, loosening roof tiles and disturbing the areas of new construction, nothing managed to completely fall.

And just like that, after only a few minutes, the worst of the quake ends and soon subsides to weaker tremors until, finally, it simply stops altogether.

((OOC: Thank you Lila for writing this up! Feel free to RP either during the big quake or the small tremors. If you want to RP your characters reaction after the quakes, it might be better to write up a new post so the order of events don't get mangled up in this post. ))

*Mukumuku is flying around, trying to avoid the shaking pillars, when he sees the old man. He approaches the old man in haste* M-mu?! Mumumu?

A squirrel...

[ He stares for a short moment, not sure what to do... then his eyes widen as it suddenly triggers a memory. ]

..Y-You! You're with those punks who burned down my library!!! Begone, devil's creature!!! [ He starts throwing coins at Mukumuku, although his aim is very bad and the ground is shaky to begin with. ]

...!! Mumu?!*Even with the bad aiming, some of the coins still manage to hit Mukumuku. The squirrel obviously doesn't expect that. He doesn't fly away until a few seconds later and give the old man a sad look.* M-mu...?

*Mukumuku looks at old man once again before he goes outside, looking for human to help the old man.*

[Shigure was about to go inside the mansion when he sees the caped squirrel fly by.]

Wha-?

[captainfluff]

*Searching for a human... Searching for a human... Ah, it's the eyeless human! Mukumuku lands in front of him. He frantically points at the manor, at his little feet, and then at the manor again, repeatedly.* M-mu! Mumumu! Mumumu!

[ Meanwhile the old man has already collapsed down the stairs from losing his balance in his fit of rage. He's slightly knocked out and should be less difficult to deal with. ]

Uuuhhh. I don't completely get it, but is there something inside the manor?

Mu! Mumumu! *Mukumuku nods. He isn't waiting for Shigure and just fly back into the manor to guide Shigure.*

Hey, wait! What a pain... ! [Runs right after Muku.]

*Once in the manor Mukumuku is looking for the old man. He squeaks quite loudly when he sees the old already collapsed, thinking he's died. He lands near him, shaking him worriedly* Mumumu? Mumu!

[Finally makes it to where Mukumuku landed and acts more put out than he actually is.] What a pain! Just what the heck is it that you wanted me to se- [Notices the old man the flying squirrel is shaking.] Crap.
